NewRo Youth Recreation Basketball gives kids in the New Rochelle community a fun, safe, and supportive place to learn and enjoy the game. Since 2024, our goal has been to help young athletes build skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship both on and off the court.

K through 7th Grade, Co-Ed

SCHEDULE

K to 1st Grade: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (FEW SPACES AVAILABLE)
2nd to 4th Grade: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (SOLD OUT, SOLD OUT)
5th to 7th Grade: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM ( FEW SPACES AVAILABLE)

WHAT TO EXPECT

Younger groups focus on basic basketball skills through fun and engaging activities that build coordination, balance, and confidence.

Older players receive more advanced instruction, including skill development, drills, scrimmage games, and speed and agility training, with a pathway toward YMCA team play.
